What is a health coach?
A health coach is a whole-health professional and expert in lifestyle and behaviour change.  They work with clients on a 1 to 1 basis to understand their health goals and co-create personalised coaching plans.
A health coach serves their client by helping them implement various healthy lifestyle changes, while a personal trainer would focus solely on fitness methods.  A health coach can suggest an exercise plan for a client, or may refer a client to a personal trainer if specific classes or sessions would be of benefit to the client.

No, Health Coaches tackle wellness as a whole, looking at lifestyle factors as well as diet. They set specific goals for their clients and mentor them to achieve these goals. Health coaches can suggest dietary changes, but are not qualified to recommend supplements or set specific meal plans. Nutritionists have in-depth nutrition knowledge and are able to provide their clients with specialised dietary advice, suggest supplements, and interpret test results.

We offer a free, 20 minute, consultation to discuss what you want to achieve and to help you decide whether a health coach is right for your needs.

Payment needs to be made via bank transfer ahead of your 360 in-depth session.  For those on the 12-week plan, you can make two payments, one ahead of your in-depth session, and one at the halfway point

Are you insured?

A professional health coach practices within a recognised framework of competency, has the relevant professional qualifications, insurance and professional body membership.

Yes, our health coaches are members of two professional bodies UK & International health coaching association (UKIHCA) Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP).

If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, you need to contact us within 24 hours of your session, failure to do this, will result in you losing one of your sessions.

If you have an issue about any aspect of our service, please speak to us directly and we will endeavour to address your concerns. If your complaint is specifically about the health coach, please raise it with them and if you’re still not satisfied you can take this up with the health coaches’ professional body the UK and International Health Coaching Association.
